By accessing and using Suru Music, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Payment Terms
Subscription & Payments
- • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability
Suru Music provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We recommend maintaining backups of your content.
